Our controlling shareholder is Public Joint Stock Company Federal Grid Company – Rosseti Until 9 January 2023, Public Joint Stock Company Russian Grids (Rosseti); since 9 January 2023, Public Joint Stock Company Federal Grid Company – Rosseti. (PJSC Rosseti) with the government’s share in the authorised capital of 75.278% of the outstanding shares.

Its memorandum specifies the purpose of ownership, key objectives with respect to assets, and the corporate governance principles that Rosseti follows in managing the Group’s companies.
